I am constantly finding unique sites that appeal to me. There are also a lot of great local companies that are also featured here. On this page I will share them with you, and I hope you enjoy them.
My friend Rose, told me about this site, which will help you determine the size quilt you need for your bed. It is an interactive site, where you put in your bed sizes and other information.
If you have an abundance of scraps and don't know how to manage them, this lady has an answer. She is the most organized person I have seen. She has great patterns and you can stay on her site for hours.
This site has a unique way to mark quilts for quilting. I haven't tried it yet with the Glad-Press, but I have used the marking pad and it has worked well for me. I have these at the shop. There are step by step directions with great photos.
Eve Agee is a local teacher, author and fiber artist.
You definitely need to see her gallery on her web site.

Catawba Valley Quilters Guild
If you are local and looking for a guild to join, this is a great group of ladies that are involved in this guild. There is a day group and a night group available. The meetings are always informative and a lot of fun. Check out the website for more information on their activities.
